Receive and analyze the production schedule to determine material requirements.

Prepare and update the supply plan to meet production needs based on JIT methodology.

Issue purchase orders (POs) to approved suppliers for required materials.

Follow up daily with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays.

Monitor warehouse inventory levels and align stock availability with production needs.

Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Address and resolve issues related to delays, quantity discrepancies, or quality concerns.

Maintain accurate records of materials and suppliers in the ERP system.

Generate regular reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and material availability.

Contribute to process improvements in planning, procurement, and overall supply chain efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration — candidates with other degrees are acceptable if they have a solid background in procurement or supply chain operations.
1–10 years of experience in planning or procurement, preferably in the home appliances industry.
Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
Strong understanding of JIT principles, purchasing processes, and inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
