Job Description

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and tours for prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the development projects.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of the development projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, competitors, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate information.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the direct manager, including pipeline status, forecasts, and sales performance.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote the company’s development projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate Development or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to understand and interpret real estate market trends and data.
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
