Manivesto Hub, known for providing innovative and flexible workspaces, is now seeking to strengthen its team by adding a distinguished and beautiful-looking office manager, who manages two of our branches. We are looking for a leading personality, capable of overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered to our customers, while providing a strategic vision for expansion and growth.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the two branches of the office and ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Supervising and training employees.
• Coordinate with senior management to define and implement operational goals and plans.
• Effectively manage financial aspects, including budgeting, inventory, and monitor expenses.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and enhance office presence in the market.
• Monitor the budget and manage expenses effectively.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the field of renting offices or real estate.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with customers.
• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Decent appearance and ability to represent the company professionally at all times.
