Job Description
-Responsible for training Telesales agents to make sure that service delivery on their part is always up to speed
-Responsible for allocating work-time to the telesales agents according to the workload (frequency of calls)
-Oversee the recruitment of required and qualified personnel to fill job openings for telesales agents
-Maintain and enhance call center operations by supervising system performance(s), identifying and providing solution(s) to problems
-Prepare call center performance reports
-Determine call center operational strategies by conducting exercises like performance reviews, capacity planning, and needs assessment.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Operation Manager for at least 5 years in a call center work environment.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Solid experience in Training and Coaching telesales agents and team leaders
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility in working night or overnight shift
