About the Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts. This is an individual contributor role where you will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and closing new business to managing long-term client relationships. You’ll be responsible for driving growth across your account portfolio and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction. Experience in SaaS or contact center solutions is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and account management.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring retention and growth.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams for successful onboarding and solution delivery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
• 3+ years in account management or sales, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong track record of owning and closing deals end-to-end.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in contact center solutions and/or operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Genesys solutions is a plus.
• Experience working in the GCC market
