Job Description
The Marketing Manager will lead our marketing efforts, drive brand awareness and manage our Alumni initiatives . The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote admissions, enrollment, alumni engagement, and other key initiatives. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can manage various marketing platforms, produce high-quality content, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Job Requirements
- Training & Development:
- Train communications specialists on the use of marketing templates and platforms, including Finalsite and Canva.
- Provide constructive feedback to ensure templates align with brand guidelines, encouraging independent work by communications specialists.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Develop and provide marketing content to support admissions, enrollment, alumni relations, events and other school initiatives.
- Oversee the maintenance and management of school websites, ensuring content is current and relevant.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to update and manage website content.
- Oversee social media content creation and parent communication
- Visual Media Production:
- Coordinate professional photography and videography projects, working with agencies or using in-house equipment.
- Build and maintain a library of marketing-focused images and videos for use across various platforms, including social media.
- Template Management:
- Oversee the creation and management of Google Suite or Canva templates for all marketing materials as requested by school personnel and communication specialists.
- Develop new templates for any new initiatives if no existing templates are available.
- Brand Management & External Marketing:
- Manage external marketing efforts and ensure consistent AIS brand presence for both the Main and West campuses.
- Oversee the creation and organization of school brochures, marketing photography, and video assets.
- Manage and update the school's YouTube channels and other online marketing platforms.
- Lead enrollment campaigns and advertising efforts to drive student admissions.
- Press & Media Relations:
- Write and distribute press releases, manage media relations, and handle communication with the press.
- Campus Signage & Alumni Relations:
- Oversee the design, management, and review of school signage for all campuses.
- Develop and implement programs to engage and maintain relationships with alumni.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital campaigns and marketing management role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of brand management and marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in using marketing platforms and tools, including Finalsite, Canva, and other digital content creation tools.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage teams, provide support and coaching
- Proficient at consensus building, fostering collaboration and cross-departmental relations
- Experience with professional photography and videography is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
