- Fleet Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company’s fleet.
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained, serviced, and meet safety standards.
- Track and manage fleet expenses, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.
- Sales & Business Development:
- Promote and sell car rental services to corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses needing fleet services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize revenue.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor vehicle availability and allocate resources effectively.
- Handle any fleet-related issues and provide quick solutions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in fleet management, car rental operations, or corporate sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office & fleet management software (if applicable).
- Very good English communication skills.
