Role Description:
CPS is hiring a Junior Business Development & Outreach Coordinator to support our client acquisition and engagement efforts across the USA, Canada, and Egypt. This entry-level role is perfect for someone just starting their career and eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, client communication, and B2B outreach.
You’ll work closely with our leadership team, using tools like LinkedIn and Apollo to identify potential clients, initiate contact, and support the process of setting up meetings. You’ll also assist in preparing presentations, invoices, and quotations — gaining full exposure to the early sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools.
- Collect and verify business emails of prospects in target industries.
- Send outreach emails and follow up to book introductory meetings.
- Join client meetings for learning and gradually assist in handling calls.
- Help prepare and format presentation decks, service proposals, quotations, and invoices.
- Keep track of outreach efforts and maintain organized records in shared tools or CRM.
Job Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interest in B2B outreach, client communications, and consulting services.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets), LinkedIn, and email platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow with the team.
