Negotiating rates and providing tailored quotes to clients and prospects.

Identifying the right communication channels for each lead.

Calling new leads and maintaining consistent follow-ups.

Recording and documenting all calls for quality and reference.

Setting personal improvement goals to sharpen your skills and boost performance.

Closing new business deals through clear coordination, contract negotiation, and integration into operations.

Growing long-term relationships and expanding cooperation with existing clients.
