Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, Acquire, and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Using CRM tools, maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience: 0–7 years of experience in sales or account management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client inquiries professionally.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (for experienced candidates).
