Job Description

- Draft, review, and prepare contracts and agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Maintain a database of all contracts, ensuring easy retrieval and tracking of contract statuses.
- Ensure proper indexing, filing, and storage of documents for easy access and retrieval.
- Generate reports and summaries based on document and data analysis.
- Follow up with companies and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery of contracts and documents.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and approvals.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to contracts and legal documents.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Registration , Document Controller or similar role ( 2 years Juniors are welcome to apply )
  • Females
  • Highly Presentable and Suited for High-profile Roles.
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Excellent English Comprehension level
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
  • Proficient typing and editing skills
  • Data organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable with our office location in Nasr City
