???? Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the daily schedule of the company owner (meetings, calls, appointments).
Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and business events.
Prepare and format documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, letters) with professionalism.
Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, arranging venues, and recording minutes.
Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional and polite manner.
Maintain and update filing systems and confidential records.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Languages, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Presentable and good appearance.
