Job Description
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and events.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, and taking minutes of meeting.
- Monitor, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails.
- Track follow-up actions from meetings and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for records and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the same position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with calendar and task management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Very good command of English — both written and spoken.
