Job Description
- To develop marketing campaign strategies and explore local marketing opportunities with specific objectives based on in-depth local customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and global brand positioning
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging external and internal resources
- Build a content eco-system based on the consumer journey and their touchpoints, the ultimate goal is to have the co-creation experience with our savvy and creative audience.
- Be digital-driven and integrate this mindset in all of the marketing planning and executions.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting of each campaign and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Working in partnership with the creative colleague, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Conduct regular marketing alerts from competitors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, at least 5 years of working experience at 4A advertising agency, and multi-national company marketing experience is a plus
- Established brand partnership resources in the marketing industry
- Sufficient experience in managing third parties and brand partnerships
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
