The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:Be responsible to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through the planning, direction and management of the Coops Channel sales Reps’ Main & Branches within the Country, and through interaction with customers and prospects. Be also responsible to coordinate negotiations and to develop sales strategies and objectives effectively for the reference Channel in the Country, which shall produce maximum market penetration and improve short- and long-term goalsMain Responsibilities:SALES STRATEGYDevelops and proposes the annual operational sales plan for the Channel in conjunction with the Sales ManagerAsses market positions and recommends product needs and changes necessary to meet Country sales objectives.PS & BUDGET MANAGEMENTEnsures the proper budget management according to business objectivesIs responsible for the forecasting of ChannelSALES DEVELOPMENTCoordinates the implementation of the Sales Plan in the Coops channel, ensuring the achievement of sales volume and growth objectivesMonitors continuously the Channel marketplace to determine possible market opportunities and improvement of the market penetration of Company’s productsWho we are looking for:6 to 8 years of relevant sales experienceKuwait Coops sector sepcifc experiencePrior team/people management experienceFluency in ArabicHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
