Job Description
- Specializing in writing creative content and creating advertising texts for promotional campaigns.
- Contributing to the preparation and follow-up of the project's social media publishing plan and monitoring engagement on our social media accounts.
- Conduct research and study the target audience and current trends.
- Create content that attracts audience attention and increases engagement on social media platforms.
- Design, develop, and schedule posts on social media to help increase website traffic and audience engagement.
- Provide reports on website traffic and monitor and control search engine optimization (SEO).
- Continuously keep abreast of changes on all social media platforms to ensure maximum benefit.
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and the target audience and respond to various inquiries.
- Report comments and issues facing customers.
- Oversee the design and creation of social media accounts.
- Suggest new ways to attract potential customers, such as running promotions and contests.
Job Requirements
- Practical experience as a social media coordinator or digital marketing professional.
- Proficiency in various social media platforms and previous experience managing social media sites in the Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia.
- Good knowledge of search engine optimization and keyword research.
- Proficiency in using website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to provide creative content in the form of images, text, or video.
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and various marketing channels.
