Job Description
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to develop and execute our B2B social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness within our target industries.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives
- Manage all company social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Create and maintain a content calendar with consistent posting schedules
Content Creation & Curation
- Produce high-quality, engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) for B2B audiences
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing assets
- Write compelling copy that reflects brand voice and resonates with target customers
Community Engagement & Growth
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
- Implement strategies to grow followers and improve engagement rates
- Identify and engage with industry influencers and potential partners
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI
- Use data insights to optimize content and strategy
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in social media management (internships included)
- Mandatory: Active participation in student activities or organizations
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
