Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business objectives
Manage all company social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Create and maintain a content calendar with consistent posting schedules

Content Creation & Curation

Produce high-quality, engaging content (posts, graphics, videos) for B2B audiences
Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing assets
Write compelling copy that reflects brand voice and resonates with target customers

Community Engagement & Growth

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions
Implement strategies to grow followers and improve engagement rates
Identify and engage with industry influencers and potential partners

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI
Use data insights to optimize content and strategy

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging
