We’re looking for a highly skilled, strategic, and creative Senior Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead and scale our online presence. This role goes beyond just posting content—it’s about building a brand, driving engagement, and delivering real results through cutting-edge digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Social Media Management & Growth
- Oversee and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter) with a tailored strategy that maximizes engagement and brand visibility.
- Plan and execute multi-platform campaigns to enhance reach and audience interaction.
✅ Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop, design, and edit high-quality, engaging content—from videos and graphics to compelling captions and storytelling posts.
- Generate innovative content ideas customized for each platform to maximize impact.
✅ Analytics & Data-Driven Strategy
- Track and analyze key metrics, performance trends, and audience insights to optimize content and marketing strategies.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations for continuous growth.
✅ Brand Storytelling & Copywriting
- Craft compelling brand narratives, ad copies, blog posts, and engaging captions that capture attention and drive action.
- Develop a unique brand voice that resonates with our target audience.
✅ Community Management & Influencer Collaborations
- Engage with audiences, manage comments and messages, and build a loyal, interactive community.
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand credibility and reach.
✅ Trend Monitoring & Adaptation
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry updates to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
- Implement innovative approaches that keep the brand relevant and dynamic.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing & social media management.
- Expertise in content creation, paid ads, SEO, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media tools, advertising platforms, and analytics software.
