Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars for multiple clients.
  • Create engaging content (text, image, video, reels, stories) tailored for each platform.
  • Manage daily posting and community engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and more.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion).
  • Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists for campaigns.
  • Execute paid social campaigns and assist in performance optimization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics is a plus).
  • Creativity and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
