Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars for multiple clients.
- Create engaging content (text, image, video, reels, stories) tailored for each platform.
- Manage daily posting and community engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and more.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion).
- Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists for campaigns.
- Execute paid social campaigns and assist in performance optimization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics is a plus).
- Creativity and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
