Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist (2–5 years of experience) to help grow our brand’s online presence, craft compelling content, and drive results through paid campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content—videos, graphics, reels, and more.
Develop and execute paid ad campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. with full execution plan.
Work on shoots, creatives and storyboards for specific clients campaigns.

Job Requirements

2–5 years of social media management experience.
Strong content creation skills (writing, design, video editing—bonus if you’re handy with Canva, or CapCut!).
Experience running paid ads on Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.
Creativity, adaptability, and a love for all things social media.
