Job Description
This is a position will support the efficient processing and management of tasks and work flow.It involves various administrative duties which include, but are not limited to, recording of data, control of the calendar requests and exceptions, handling case counts, preparing reports, as well as correspondence with clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Download and archive cases and direct it to next step.
- Review sessions on calendar, ensure that they’re assigned.
- Carry out case-count for the teams.
- Review reports done by QC and compare it to the internal reports.
- Cooperate and communicate with other departments.
