Job Description
We are looking for a motivat Planning Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for retail sales planning across our branches
this includes ensuring proper stock distribution, analyzing sales trends, and supporting branch level performance.
Please note: This role focuses on retail planning, not production planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in retail planning, preferably across multiple branches
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a resident of Obour City or nearby areas
- Able to commit to a 6-day workweek
- Experience in sales planning or retail distribution is highly preferred
