Job Description
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms.
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation.
- Create and manage content marketing strategies, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience working in travel, tourism, and Gulf countries is highly preferred.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, info,m and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad-serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
