Location: Dokki, Egypt
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and drive growth for our tourism services within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that align with our business goals and the Kingdom's tourism vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of the digital marketing team and oversee their daily activities.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns to attract tourists and generate leads for the company's tourism services and destinations within Saudi Arabia.
- Align marketing strategies with Saudi Arabia's Vision for the tourism sector and leverage major national events (e.g., Saudi Seasons) for promotional campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling visual content (videos, high-quality photos) that showcases the Kingdom's landmarks and our unique travel experiences.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Develop and market sustainable tourism packages and offers, aligning with global eco-tourism standards.
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience and an in-depth understanding of the Saudi tourism market and consumer behavior is highly required.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Google Ads and social media (specifically Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and LinkedIn).
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
