Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and execute wellness retreats, yoga trainings, and large-scale festivals from concept to completion.
- Responsible for all sort of communications necessary with Yogis in a prompt way that is in line with Industry standards, on whatsapp messages , Calls & All channels.
- Filling all reports related to Yogis & events accurately & in a timely manner

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event logistics, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and vendor management.
- Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring a high-quality attendee experience and swift resolution of any issues.
- Manage event registration processes, guest communications, and feedback collection to optimize participant satisfaction.
- Source, negotiate, and contract with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure best value and quality.
- Coordinate event marketing efforts in collaboration with media and content teams, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Monitor event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations at all event locations & with company regluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative event practices to continuously enhance the quality and impact of offerings.
- Responsible for all website edits for events & Adding information for our web page & Lead all
communications and tasks with web developer to ensure best performance for our website - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- During Events, complete follow up & managing day to day itinerary.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven experience in event management, preferably within the wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in event management software and digital collaboration tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or travel for events.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
