Job Description
- Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up for a wide range of educational events, including in-person courses, study clubs, clinical workshops, and online webinars.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and required materials from various stakeholders are secured on schedule.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, providing clear updates and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Run post-program surveys and report best practices.
- Meticulously manage the end-to-end logistics for all course materials, including shipping, tracking, delivery, and returns.
- Source, negotiate, and book venues for in-person events, acting as the main liaison for all event-related vendors and stakeholders.
- Maintain a precise inventory of all educational materials and equipment, proactively re-ordering supplies to ensure program readiness.
- Deliver a first-class experience for all participants by managing all communications, from initial invitations and event briefs to post-event follow-up.

Requirements
- Proven experience in program or event coordination, preferably within the medical, dental, or education sectors.
- Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A process-driven and meticulously detail-oriented mindset.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A self-reliant and proactive work ethic, with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
- Excellent presentation skills and full proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Flexibility and a strong desire to learn, with the ability to research and adapt to new trends and information.
- Preferably a dentist.
