Job Description
- Manage the sourcing process and report to high level leadership about the highly competitive market
- Take control of staffing activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and Exit-Interviews candidates
- Manage all aspects of sourcing including job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline
- Develop and execute innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse, high-caliber talent to expand our core, developing, and emerging businesses.
- Track metrics and increase recruiting efficiency
- Maintain data consistency throughout the entire recruiting process
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ Technical Recruiter experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels.
- Collaboration skills to partner effectively with recruiters, HR and hiring managers to understand strategic business objectives and develop strategies to meet current and future talent needs.
- Strong negotiation Skills.
