Job Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both white- and blue-collar positions, with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Oversee workforce planning, talent assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Align recruitment practices with current market trends and global best practices.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and strengthen talent engagement efforts.
- Prepare job offer letters and conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles.
- Organize candidates’ data (CVs, assignments, and contact details) within internal databases.
- Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback results.
- Perform background checks and reference verification.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain professional communication with applicants.
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire).
- Manage the employee referral program, including referral requests and bonus processing.
- Assist in onboarding processes (e.g., preparing paperwork, scheduling trainings).
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or technical recruitment.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and modern recruitment platforms.
- Professional HR certification is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
