Digital Marketing Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of digital content such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community engagement.
SEO/SEM/Google Ads
- Implement SEO strategies to improve the company’s search engine ranking.
- Manage SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and increase conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use web analytics tools to track and report on digital marketing performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track spending and ROI for digital campaigns.
Exhibition Marketing Responsibilities
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.
- Oversee logistical arrangements such as booth design, setup, and dismantling.
Vendor and Partner Liaison:
- Work with vendors, exhibitors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external service providers.
Marketing Materials:
- Develop and manage the creation of marketing materials for exhibitions, such as brochures, banners, and promotional items.
- Ensure that all materials are on brand and meet the standards of the event.
Lead Generation:
- Implement strategies to attract and engage attendees, generating leads for the sales team.
- Capture and manage leads collected during events, ensuring follow-up by the appropriate teams.
On-Site Management:
- Supervise on-site activities during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Engage with attendees, answer questions, and provide information about the company and its products/services.
Post-Event Evaluation:
- Conduct post-event analysis to assess the success of the exhibition efforts.
- Compile feedback, measure ROI, and recommend improvements for future events.
Team Leadership and Training:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Train team members on best practices for both digital and exhibition marketing.
General Marketing Responsibilities

Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s Degree:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is typically required.
Advanced Degree (Preferred):
- A master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or a similar discipline is often preferred.
Professional Experience
Marketing Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Exhibition and Event Marketing:
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events.
Technical Skills
Marketing Tools and Software:
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Content Management Systems:
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
Design Software:
- Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating and overseeing marketing materials.
