Job Description

1. Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinating marketing activities, such as scheduling meetings, booking travel, and managing logistics for events.
  • Tracking campaign progress and results, gathering data to help improve performance.
  • Monitoring active marketing campaigns, making improvements as needed.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on marketing activities and performance metrics.

 

2. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conducting market research to understand target audience needs, competition, and trends.
  • Analyzing data to identify new marketing opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Compiling and reporting on buying trends and statistics.
  • Monitoring website and social media metrics and writing analytics reports.

 

3. Social Media and Content Management:

  • Managing social media accounts, posting updates, and engaging with followers.
  • Creating and curating content for various platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, and emails.
  • Assisting with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Writing and editing press releases.

 

4. Administrative and General Support:

  • Providing general office support, such as answering phones, sorting mail, and maintaining databases.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for marketing materials and events.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.

 

5. Collaboration and Communication:

  • Communicating with clients, customers, and external agencies.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, product development, and creative teams.
  • Participating in meetings and taking meeting minutes.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve marketing efforts.

 

6. Creative Input:

  • Brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Contributing to the development of creative marketing materials.
  • Assisting in the development of innovative methods of gaining exposure for clients.
