We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in expanding the customer base and building long-term relationships. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and digital marketing skills to attract new leads, maintain existing client satisfaction, and drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and follow up regularly with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Identify, track, and convert potential leads into active clients.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads through online and offline channels.
- Run and monitor social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to reach target audiences effectively.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage and analyze customer data and optimize communication flows.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team, providing leadership, motivation, and support to achieve department goals.
- Solve client issues and internal challenges efficiently and professionally.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adjust strategy when needed.
