Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded Senior HR Generalist with 3–5 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting key HR functions including recruitment, payroll, personnel administration, training & development, and performance management. This role plays a vital part in building a strong company culture, supporting employees, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly and effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interview rounds.
  • Support onboarding and ensure a smooth integration for new hires.

Payroll & Personnel Administration

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll in coordination with Finance.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR records (attendance, leaves, contracts, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions and workshops.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness and employee development.

Performance Management & KPIs

  • Work with department managers to develop and align employee KPIs.
  • Monitor employee performance and support the performance appraisal process.
  • Assist in developing improvement plans and following up on performance goals.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience across core HR functions.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, payroll, and personnel practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., HRIS/HRMS).
