Job Description
- Responsible for the social insurance processes (form 1,6,2).
- Responsible for the employees employments contracts and their documents archiving .
- Responsible for the documentation of the sick ,annual leaves .
- Responsible to cooperate with the labor office to fill their requirements.
- Responsible to prepare the attendance sheets for the monthly payroll.
- Responsible for handling the foreigners residency papers .
- Develops, recommends, and supervises implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with all existing governmental and labor requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel is a must.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in personnel management (with solid experience in dealing with social insurance offices, and foreigners’ work permits).
