Job Description

Leading company working on Automotive spare parts in Mohandseen looking for HR&Personal specialist

  • Handel personal job description.
  • Responsible for regular daily and local purchasing.
  • Handling employee's training plans.
  • Inform employees about the company's policy and any additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Manage  all company's cars movement and follow-up of its licenses
  • Collects, coordinates and maintains confidential and sensitive information regarding employee’s papers/ Files
  • Serves as point of contact for day to day HR inquiries and support (policies, procedures, and programs)
  • Submit a monthly report on internal purchases.
  • Submit a report on vehicle movement and expenses.
  • Pay all invoices and expenses of the company.

Job Requirements

  • Experience 8 to 12 years of experience in Payroll & Personnel.
  • English fluent.
  • High knowledge about labor law and social insurance.
  • Excellent user of MS office.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Males only
  • Hard worker.
  • Multi-tasking person.
