Job Description
-Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
-Ensure that all new hires, promotions, terminations, and transfers are accurately recorded on the system and processed in a timely manner.
-Monitor employee attendance, leave balances, and other HR-related records.
-Manage employee benefits, ensuring correct enrollment and updating of benefits data in HR systems.
-Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries to ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
-Manage and process HR system transactions related to, offboarding, leave, benefits, transfers, and employment changes in a timely and accurate manner.
-Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement of salaries.
-Prepare and handle all HR documents such as employment contracts, Form 1, Form 6, medical insurance.
Job Requirements
-Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the same position
-Bachelor’s degree in any related field
-Proficiency in English language is a must.
