Job Description
- Identifying the current as well as the future hiring needs of our company.
- Build pipeline of potential candidates based on new projects requirements.
- Defining on-boarding procedures aligned to our company’s culture.
- Developing the training plans for employees and department.
- Tracking KPI's and suggesting improvements.
- Designing as well as implementing company policies in compliance with our long-term business goals.
- Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Handle all administrative tasks for on-boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
- Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Bsc. degree in Human Resources (or any related)
- Arabic: Native
- English: Excellent
- MS. Office (Word - Excel - Power Point)
- HR Systems (Preferably)
- HR Diploma / Certificate
