Job Description
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers; review drawings to ensure compliance and quality.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, implement cost-effective solutions, and oversee construction tender processes.
- Construction Oversight: Coordinate construction activities, supervise contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget and quality standards.
- Maintenance Management: Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans, source materials and equipment, and guide on day-to-day maintenance issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and resolve issues.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, management presentations, and change orders.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor of Architectural Engineering.
2. Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) preferred.
3. +8 years of experience in design review and architectural project management.
4. Excellent technical drawing skills.
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
6. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
