Job Description
- We are seeking a Project Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support across various phases of glass-related projects—ensuring quality, precision, and client satisfaction throughout.
- Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with glass product specifications and industry standards.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support during project implementation and installation.
- Coordinate between design, production, quality, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Resolve technical challenges that arise during production or project execution.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and provide regular updates to the project management team.
- Assist clients with technical inquiries and provide solutions tailored to their project needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical/project support role, preferably in the glass, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of different glass types and applications (tempered, laminated, insulated, etc.).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
