Job Description
The Office Engineer will be responsible for supporting technical operations, preparing detailed quotations, coordinating between departments, and maintaining accurate documentation related to glass and accessories projects. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and technical skills.
Retail & Maintenance:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and send quotations using AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
- Meet clients in the office, explain products using photos and samples.
- Daily stock check for glass and accessories.
- Request offers from external suppliers for unavailable accessories.
- Update and follow up on quotations regularly.
- Prepare offers for maintenance and replacements.
- Send financial transfers to the admin team.
- Upload offers into the system and email clients.
- Prepare operation files and coordinate with accounting.
- Draw sandblasting/frosted glass patterns.
- Reserve non-standard glass and accessories.
- Adjust quotations after on-site measurements and communicate changes to relevant departments.
- Approve accessory orders and review related invoices.
- Study project requirements and prepare offers accordingly.
- Track project progress and keep records updated.
- Issue delivery notes for every shipment.
- Prepare shop drawings after contract signing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Previous experience in glass projects is preferred.
