Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Office Engineer to join our team at Materia Studio.
If you have strong technical background and passion for high-end interior design & fit-out projects, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical documents for interior design & fit-out works.
• Coordinate between design team and site team to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates based on project drawings.
• Review design drawings and highlight any clashes or discrepancies.
• Provide technical solutions and ensure compliance with codes, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Support project manager in following up on subcontractors and suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical office work for interior design / fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), Excel, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing details, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time.
