Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and governance of enterprise-wide system architecture, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and industry best practices.
- Analyze current and future business requirements, translating them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectural solutions.
- Establish and maintain architecture frameworks, standards, and methodologies that focus on system performance, security, scalability, and interoperability.
- Assess the existing technology landscape to identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and reengineering initiatives.
- Manage system integration projects, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation efforts across the group.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand operational challenges and design suitable technology solutions.
- Partner with development, infrastructure, and database teams to ensure accurate implementation of system designs.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in system architecture, recommending strategic adoptions when relevant.
- Deliver regular reports and insights to executive leadership regarding architectural health, project statuses, and risk mitigation strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field (master’s degree is strongly preferred).
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in system architecture, solution design, and business systems analysis.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-grade technology architectures.
- Prior experience in poultry or agribusiness companies is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent (certifications are an advantage).
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.
- Relevant professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems is highly beneficial.
