Key Responsibilities:


• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of CAD technicians and designers, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project deadlines.
•  CAD Standards & Best Practices: Develop, implement, and maintain CAD standards, templates, and workflows to optimize efficiency and consistency across all projects.
• Project Coordination: Oversee the preparation and review of CAD drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring seamless coordination and integration.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of CAD deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and alignment with industry standards.

• Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for CAD-related issues, supporting project teams and facilitating knowledge sharing.

• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, present technical solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
