Job Description

  • Develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with the company’s operational and financial objectives.
  • Forecast procurement needs based on operational schedules, events, and seasonal demands.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contract terms and quality standards.
  • Oversee the full cycle of procurement for all materials, equipment, and services required for the clubs.
  • Approve purchase orders and ensure timely processing to avoid delays in operations.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand needs and specifications.
  • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor procurement spending and maintain it within budget limits.
  • Identify and implement measures to reduce procurement costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and legal regulations.
  • Develop and update procurement procedures and documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of procurement processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, savings, supplier performance, and KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the hospitality or club industry. At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement and supply chain best practices.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
