Job Description
- Manage procurement of raw materials, mainly fruits and vegetables
- Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers
- Ensure quality, pricing, and delivery terms meet production timelines
- Monitor inventory levels and align with supply chain forecasts
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
- Collaborate with production, quality, and planning departments
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, legal, and quality standards
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of procurement experience in food manufacturing
- Direct experience in frozen fruits and vegetables is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Agriculture, or Business
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and food quality standards
- ERP systems proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent negotiation, planning, and communication skills
