Job Description
- Coordinate export activities including order processing, documentation, and shipment scheduling.
- Communicate with customers, Production, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Prepare and review export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin…...ect.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and requirements of destination countries.
- Coordinate with quality control and logistics teams to maintain product quality and timely delivery.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers as needed.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export orders.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of export procedures and policies.
- Stay informed about changes in export regulations and industry trends.
- Handle any other tasks related to his role.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in export coordination or related role not less than 3 years.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
- Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
