We are looking for a proactive and skilled Human Resources Specialist with a startup mind set to join our team and help us grow by finding and retaining top talent
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the education and gaming sectors.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and evaluate resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
Interview Process Management:
- Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and interviewers.
- Provide interview feedback and maintain candidate records.
- Assist in the development of interview questions and assessment criteria.
HR Filing and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and providing support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
HR Administration:
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS).
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
