We are looking for a proactive and skilled Human Resources Specialist with a startup mind set to join our team and help us grow by finding and retaining top talent  

  

Responsibilities  

  

Talent Acquisition:  

  •  Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the education and gaming sectors.  
  •  Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.  
  •  Screen and evaluate resumes and applications.  
  •  Conduct initial interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers.  

  

Interview Process Management:  

  •  Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and interviewers.  
  •  Provide interview feedback and maintain candidate records.  
  •  Assist in the development of interview questions and assessment criteria.  

  

HR Filing and Documentation:  

  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.  
  •  Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.  
  •  Manage the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.  

  

Employee Relations:  

  •  Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and providing support.  
  •  Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.  
  •  Coordinate employee training and development programs.  

  

HR Administration:  

  •  Support day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management.  
  •  Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.

Job Requirements

  

Education:  

  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  

Experience:  

  •  5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or tech environment.  
  •  Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.  

 Skills:  

  •  Strong organizational and time-management skills.  
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
  •  Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS).  
  •  Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.  

 Attributes:  

  •  Proactive and able to work independently.  
  •  High attention to detail.  
  •  Strong problem-solving abilities.  
  •  Passion for the education and gaming industry.
