- Manage users on domain controller (create users, rest Passwords, enable or disable users).
- Install and setup backup & antivirus agent on workstation.
- Performs monthly preventive maintenance according to SOP.
- Provide technical support for all users (Printers, computers (laptop, desktop), scanner, etc.).
- Set up workstation for new users like operating system, programs and email.
- Ensure that the company polices applied on all computers.
- Ensure that internet, internal and external network are working.
- Train the new users on the best use for the devices and software.
- Responsible to keep all backup data on computers and email account.
- Bachelor degree in computer science or relevant
- Has 0 – 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Excellent command in spoken and written Arabic & English)
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
