Respond to and resolve user support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on desktops, laptops .
Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and security of IT infrastructure.
Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords in Active Directory or other directory services.
Manage backups, patch updates, and antivirus solutions.
Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Document technical issues, solutions, and processes.
Provide technical training and guidance to users when necessary.
