Job Description
- Maintain and support all IT systems including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted IT services.
- Manage data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Ensure network and data security by implementing and maintaining cybersecurity protocols.
- Oversee user access and permission settings.
- Provide technical support and training to internal users.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to enhance productivity.
- Prepare documentation, technical reports, and IT policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Experience in managing networks, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity systems.
- Proven experience with Windows/Linux servers, Office 365, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
- Experience with database systems (SQL Server, MySQL) is an advantage.
